| We are not held by the limits of our bodies, nor our minds, but only by our spiritual selves; those endless limits which have been given into us by God our Father in Heaven. |
The Way of the Spiritual Ninja
Spiritual Ninjas are all around us, they live among us. They slip in and out of our lives like shadows; like a blowing
fog. They are not the Ninjas you hear about in fairy tales or movies, but simply those of us who strive relentlessly
in seeking and following God; Jesus Christ, every day of their lives. Like those skillfully trained Ninjas who trained
to perfect their martial art, their Ninjitsu, so too do followers of Christ, Spiritual Ninjas, dedicate their lives to
strengthening their faith; their spiritual walks. Those true followers of our Lord Jesus Christ (whom I call Spiritual
Ninjas) are like legendary Ninjas battling temptation, battling sin, battling persecution; they battle the evil desires
of the world like Ninjas of the past battled for survival. Spiritual Ninjas study the Holy Bible (the living word and
manual of life), they pray and give thanks to God (the creator of Heaven and Earth), they turn to the Lord with all
their daily decisions, they lean not on their own understandings but on Christ’s wisdom, and they go through life
planting seeds of love, joy, hope, and truth in the hearts of God’s children.

which direction do you journey day to day? I ask who or what is really in charge of your life? Have you lost
complete authority over yourself? I have seen men who wake every day and continually pursue the blinding,
misguiding, paths of this world. These men run after the luxuries and temporary indulgences of this world like
flies to a rotting carcass. And these same men sit at home after long, grueling days of labor complaining about
their pitiful lives. Yet, when the sun rises they will continue down the same daunting paths as the days before.
So I ask what is it that has mastered your life and where do you spend your precious time?
On Jesus-time following Jesus Christ is what is important. Accepting God’s graceful blessings is the goal. And
enjoying the precious time of your life until you enter the kingdom of Heaven is the adventure. This is the
amazing path toward Jesus Christ; a path with a clock that always ticks Jesus-time.
Grab hold of your time and make Jesus Christ the master of your life. Set your clocks and your watches to
Jesus-time. Regain the fulfillment of living life by following Christ and turning to the Lord every hour of the day.

the Crafty Monkey and the Legendary Ninja
The three men rested as they discussed the possibility of returning back to town. They discussed the
possibility of going home and telling the town’s people that they had failed in their quest. When suddenly two
Ninja stars came ripping through the branches of the trees landing right next to one of the three men. Then a
twirling rope came rapidly whistling through the forest as it wrapped tightly around two of the men entangling
them together. The two men struggled to free themselves, but could not. Then a flash of steel came slicing
through the air only to stop at the third man’s throat. A man dressed in a green and brown suit, that covered
his whole body, pressed a sword against the man’s vulnerable neck. Two beady eyes could be seen through
tiny slits in the suit. His eyes glowed with anger as the man yelled, “Why have you come here? We do not allow
trespassers into our forest!”
The three men stuttered their words with fright and tried desperately to tell the camouflaged man about the last
several years. They told him about the crafty monkey and their journey across the world looking for anyone
who could help their town.
